01Scope

The scoping pack.

Customer master, edition 1.1, 7 September 2026. It records the organisation, the surfaces, and the modules to consider. A selection is not an authorisation. Unselected modules are not commissioned.

Keep a standalone copyThe tool

The pack opens on this site. The draft stays on this device and is not sent. When it is ready, export the JSON and return that file. The standalone copy is the same pack if you need it outside the site.

Do not put passwords, keys, tokens, or recovery codes in any answer. A selection is not an authorisation, and returning the file starts a review. It does not start a test.

CompletenessFour states

A filled box is not permission.

Intake never authorises testing. The pack keeps four states apart, and it never treats presence as resolution.

Entered.

Something is typed, but the record the pack asks for is still missing.

Reviewed.

The record is complete, and the item is still open.

Resolved.

Answered, or Not applicable with a reason. Nothing further is owed on that item.

Authorised.

Only on schedule S14, and only for a version-bound instrument whose disposition says it is in place. A pending row is not authorisation.

How to answer.

  • Answered, Unknown, Not applicable with a reason, or Deferred with an owner, a date, and a disposition. A blank is unanswered.
  • Unknown and Deferred are never resolved, so they never close a condition that must hold before activity.
  • Dates are YYYY-MM-DD. A South African window states SAST (UTC+02:00).
  • No is not the same as Not applicable. None is not combined with a positive selection for the same assets.
  • Where answers differ by asset, use a separate row and name the asset. Other — specify, when the list has no exact label. A zero count is explained.
  • A person who appears twice is cited by their contact identifier. Do not write “same as primary” in an email field.
  • No passwords, API keys, tokens, MFA seeds, private keys, or recovery codes. The secrets check runs before a returned pack is filed.
  • Returning the file starts a review. Work outside the lab waits until schedule S14 is on file and every before-activity item is resolved.
